Problem Solving

If you are having problems with any of your current devices (smart phone, laptop, tablet, etc.) we come to you and troubleshoot the issue and resolve the problem.  If for some reason we are unable to resolve the problem, you pay nothing.  Our policy is you pay only if we fix the problem.
